تیری کوشش اُس کے لیے جو تجھے یقینی طور پر دی گئی ہے، اور تیری کوتاہی اُس میں جو تجھ سے مانگا گیا ہے، اِس بات کا ثبوت ہیں کہ بصیرت کے نشان تجھ سے مٹا دیے گئے ہیں۔
اجتهادُك فيما ضُمنَ لك، وتقصيرُك فيما طُلبَ منك، دليلٌ على انطماسِ البصيرةِ منك.
Ton effort pour ce qui t'est garanti, et ton manquement à ce qui t'est demandé, sont preuves que les traces de la clairvoyance ont été effacées en toi.

Usahamu untuk apa yang telah dipastikan bagimu, dan kelalaianmu pada apa yang dituntut darimu, adalah bukti bahwa jejak-jejak penglihatan batin telah terhapus darimu.
